Forever now, people have been saying "just don't read the news and it'll be fine". In recent weeks, new developments finally dropped back and punted. Several big ones have lowered their prices, which were so clearly too high it wasn't funny. Fuad Reveiz, the former Vikings placekicker, actually had to declare bankruptcy on his business and sell off some assets to get re-acclimated to the new marketplace.
