It was mind-boggling to me. She was a single mom with no real income, living at home, and she was going to pay a dude like $50 to do her taxes.

(In retrospect, I'm still disappointed in myself at how long it took me to get that dumb girl finished. She should have been trickable within 2 weeks.)
