The use of different names indicates a level of compartmentalization among the folks likely to see the videos or interact with him.

For instance, someone who worked at The Pearl AND The Orchid might find it odd that the same man used different names in the videos, so it's unlikely that station personnel every switched up or crossed paths with one another.
