today about this. Sheehan makes some very good points about why this is an awful idea and likely to cause situations that no one will like.

Selig has ruined the wonderful game of baseball. Between interleague play, the all star game counting, the new divisions, ignoring steroids, etc...he's done very little to make this a better game and a lot to make it worse then before he got the commissioners crown.
