If you just looked at an outline drawing of BB and compared it to her, they'd match. Tiny head, long neck, gradually wider as it gets to the hips--but the thing that really does it is her mannerisms. She'll cock her head to one side like a bird, never blinks, and has googly eyes...just like BigBird.
