hell no. we shove lemons and spices and onions up its butt, put butter and spices under the skin (note:

this is much easier if you cook it right side up), and put on grill whole with a mass of veggies very close to it or under it (depending on what we can find to cook it in). also, add alcohol liberally during prep and cooking (note: best to do *after* you determine which side of the chicken is up).
