Usability has declined. Visual mapping is completely screwed up. And it's clear the whole focus of their business model has changed.

And changed significantly.
I wasn't in the beta test, but based on what everyone was saying, I was expecting something that was vastly different, but better in some aspects. I thought a lot of the gripes and complaints were from people who were used to the old look-and-feel of the site and didn't want it to change, but I figured it would be at least as usable (if not better and easier to use), and I thought they'd de-clutter the front page to make it visually easier to pick out key information.
And they completely fucked everything up.
Honestly, I think this whole effort started 'cause someone on the HSX staff caught a higher-up's ear and said something like "My brother just graduated from Harvard business school with an MBA, and he's an Internet business consultant. You should hire him."
