I think her claim is wholly ridiculous. It's the same as the Nadal saying the #50 player in the world isn't being scrutinized enough.

In addition, this is yet another instance wherein the Republican Party's would-be grudge fucking of all things Kennedy continues to set them back. This is a time to lay low and shut the fuck up, not give in to the bitterness and say the dumbest things possible.
