really? with massive budget cuts just before a huge swell in medicare cases (baby boomers) and unemployed and uninsured/public dole

don't forget that there are big 'american' hospitals in India and Bangkok staffed with american trained docs now, so this won't be 3rd world docs, these are US trained docs who went home after retiring here or hitting the stained glass ceiling or just homesick.
