then there's the fact that they're noisy until 2 and 3 in the morning thursday through sunday nights and *also* have the gall to ask me not to vacuum "so early on weekends" at 2:15 p.m.
I get that this is a college town. but this isn't a college building.
that's all. back to your usual bubbliness.
