that sounds about right, there should be a clerk or ombudsman/advisor around to help at the courthouse, however I find that if you just take the blank

forms to the place you are having the problem with, and just ask them nicely, gee since we can't settle this dispute, would they be so nice as to help you fill these court forms out, as in, who is the registered legal owner and what is their official mailing address?

I swear this is the most powerful negiotiating tactic, its almost as cool as sticking a gun in their face. Seriously, macho aholes with a big sign saying NO REFUNDS, turn pale, open the register and just hand me a refund.
