here's what i don't get about the NHL...

Tootoo hit a ref. I mean, the ref is fine, but like, Rondo threw a basketball underhanded at a ref and got suspended two games. If you touch an ump in any way in baseball, you're tossed.

The writeup of the Preds game doesn't even contain reference to Tootoo hitting the ref.
