Flacco regressed significantly last year; and they realize their window is closing so they have maybe 2 more years to win a title.

Me, I wouldn't make that choice becuase Flacco's a proven winning QB who had a bad year...and he's got another decade ahead of him...but Manning probably makes them the SB favorite if he's 'right'.
that defense; Ray Rice, solid receivers....
but they still came within a dropped TD pass of winning the AFC anyhow.
