Escaped Eastern Europe after WWII with the Communists fast on his tail (allegedly they were waiting for him a few train stops ahead so he got off early, walked out on foot). Then did some vague work for the OSS...all of this is suspect as he was a big talker.
He *loved* Reagan. I mean...it was an unnatural sort of love.
