I spent an extra 20 minutes in the fucking Ambassador/Embassy because I wasnt sure if I was finished there or what or if it was time leave the Citadel.
that being said, you can get to the embassy suites via the elevator that looks like a bathroom sign on your map. (on your piece of shit very unintuitive map mind you)
