Nowhere in the actual bill does it give anyone that power. All it says is that health plans can ask for proof to pay for the prescription.
It's a lefty blog quoting another lefty blog screaming bloody murder and scaring people.
I don't agree with the bill but the analysis is complete and utter crap.
