how the hell would the employers get your medical information without someone violating federal law. For me, that invalidated the whole thing.
They may have the right to deny coverage, but they don't have the right to know who is being affected by that denial.

oh, employers can have access to your medical information. you have to sign away your rights to it, but they can get it.
