Groiny - if the trash talking here is any indication, the Hot Wing Chix Dip has them shakin' in their booties!

I played around with it this morning and have decided this will be the final offering based on a "test dip" I made up first thing this morning.

To the cooked and drained chicken mix - I'm adding crumbled blue cheese, more Franks hot sauce, blue cheese dressing (Ken's Steak House Brand), Ricotta Cheese and finely diced Sweet Hot Habanero Pickles.

It's being served up with Frito's Scoops and celery with a side dip of the Ken's Steak House Blue Cheese Dressing (to cool off your palate) ... with the peppers it has a mild zing, but the sweet hot habanero diced pickles is what it needed for that final "kick" ... the ricotta just gives it texture and smoothness - to make it a "dip"

I am sooooo gonna take this food battle today!
