but your comment yesterday was a point well taken ... it was NOT a dip recipe - so I crafted one - and it's outstandingly good ... but yes - I'm reserving a nice big container of the basic recipe - and think I'll do some quesadillas - sammiches - maybe even chill it and top a romaine lettuce salad with it - it's simply yummy!
