if it were me - because I think I'm kinda like you - I care about that stuff more than maybe I should - I would absolutely ask ... in a one on one

time and place ... and just say - "hey, I just wanted to check and make sure there's nothing wrong between us - if there's something I did - I'd like to clear it up if possible - but if it's nothing to do with me - that's cool - I'm just feeling like we're on the outs and it's been bothering me because I don't know what may have happened."
