The Democrats had 52% looking for a Not Hillary soon after Edwards quit the race...they found a damn good one in Obama. but 48% were still for her.
This 3/4 horse race is basically 2 on 1 on Ron Paul. It's not Hillary vs Obama, it's Romney vs Not Romney(s)...there's far lesser intensity for the front runner. It's a different fight.
