I'm confused; the baseline cost the CBO is saying is 1.252T through 2022....where are they getting that 2T figure -- (link)

its based on more people using medicare, and more using national care, and less using employer plans, estimated, then extrapolated forward.

they're talking gross cost, which is offset by $500M of income, and then projecting an additional $250M for 2023.
