far less concerns than the northern section from what I can tell.

even then I'm a bit confused at some of the arguments against that. people are protesting that if we have access to that oil from Canada, we'll increase our emissions because it will eventually be burned up? Or it is the extraction process itself which creates more emissions? Or the quality of the oil conpared to other sources?
