Some of our best professional athletes comes from the inner city. They're not rich. You don't need to be rich. In fact, lack of wealth proves to be an incentive. Basketball players, football players, boxers... they grow up wanting to be champs and wanting to be rich. If anything, the poorer districts should be hungrier (no pun intended) for championships and more likely to win for it.
