It looks like HSX is in violation of its own privacy policy (http://www.hsx.com/cms/content/privacy-policy) ...

"Personally identifiable information collected on the Site is NOT shared with third parties without your prior express consent. While HSX uses personally identifiable information to learn more about how visitors use the Site and to provide visitors with information about goods and services that we feel may be of interest to you, we will not release any personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent."

Check your forum post in about 10 minutes for my addition.
