that's actually how i found it the letter writing into. i was looking to see what birthday you had to reach to get a card from the Queen

Turns out the Queen sends greetings at 100. But you can get Prime Minister starting at 65, and the Governor General at 75 (i think). I was looking for Dave's mom.
