But the majority of our country doesn't really execute people, it's Texas and Virginia doing the most damage.

The South in general does the vast majority of the executions. Yet another issue the country is divided on.
Responses:
Texas overwhelmingly. I think more than 1/3 of them since 76. Places like Alabama and Ohio have been on a roll in recent years too. -- nm
