And having your head pounded into the pavement may be considered lethal force. But here again is why the reporting in this case is so frustrating...

The article I linked to today said he was treated at the scene for his wounds and sought further medical care the next day.
This article says that he sought further medical care, but that he was brought downtown for questioning.
And yet every other account had made no mention of him being detained in any way, and that he was just allowed to go home from the scene.
So many conflicting reports.
