Russia is an "enemy" for monetary reasons. They sell weapons to our other enemies. Iran/China/etc are "enemies" for ideological reasons (Govt/religion

Money can be gotten somewhere else; ideological differences have caused 95% of most wars and where our eyes should be turned IMO.
