As I just posted on the other boards, I do think that the new version will allow for things to be changed easier.

Remember how there were never navigation links on certain pages? And that never changed? THat's because the old design made it impossible for them to make those changes easily... I think the new design will allow them to work on things and fix them. The portfolio view is the worst right now and that really needs to be addressed, but I think that can be done without shutting the whole site down.
I can't tell you how much WORSE the beta version I saw a few months ago was.... you could barely get around in the forums at all, and now, I think anyone could go there and figure out how to post/respond. Sure, it's not the same as TT or Slacker Talk but you know what? I always thought these message boards were an anomaly... those FOrums are more like the ones that exist on the web today.... but yeah, get rid of the $H for posting... that'll just allow the greedy morons to act like idiots.
