apparently but he didn't apply for it properly this year, hence the full payment amount - pixitude Apr 2, 18:50 1
- that was dumb. I'm sure there's some sort of incentive program. there's a severe problem with dental care in that area. -- nm - loosilu Apr 2, 18:52
