So I just opened the FedEx envelope with my Bela Fleck tickets in Nashviell on 4-14, and found out they have somebody else's name on them. What to do?

I don't know if they're better seats, but they're balcony like mine were.

There doesn't appear to be an email address or toll-free number urging me to contact them if there's a problem.

It says Ticketmaster at the top and "Thank you for choosing TicketFast" at the bottom, so who do I contact anyway?

I'm inclined to just keep these and hope for the best.
