I wish. But if I was, this is who I'd cast in some of the roles:

Finnick - Garret Hedlund
Beetee - William Sanderson (Deadwood, Blade Runner)
Heavensbee - Brendan Gleeson
Boggs - Neal Stephenson
Coin - Michelle Forbes

about halfway through Mockinjay. These are the people I see in these roles.
