Got a white people problem problem...

I volunteer at the neighborhood middle school and do one night a week (2 hours) where I try to keep some of the more gifted students engaged. Mostly we read something that has a tangential connection to something they are covering and we have a lot of what if discussions where I get them to speculate and think about possibilities. It has been very well received and the parents really like it. Several sit in the back of the room and watch each week (one mom reads whatever I assign and always wants to talk to me about it). I don't get paid, but the parents give me gift cards and other gifts at Christmas. When I had the flu and had to cancel a session, two of them brought me a bunch of food. Friends of the parents want their kids who go to private school to be able to attend, but the public school won't allow it.
A group of parents have asked me to start a second group, hosted at one of their homes (it's big enough) where I have a group of private school kids and the kids who are graduating from the middle school and want to continue. They will pay me for two hours each week.
I don't know if I can do this because I don't want to stop the volunteering at the school, so this would take two nights out of my week. Thursday night I work late at the college, so I wouldn't have many free evenings. I like the kids I've been working with and it would be cool to keep doing this as they go through high school (their high school has no programs like this).
I can't think of a solution that doesn't involve me getting burned out or disappointing some kids.

Could you video teach it? So, do the one at the school, but live stream it for the other kids? -- nm

It sounds like the volunteer work is the one that gives you the most fulfilment, so continue that and let the others down gently.

Pick one. Do the one that you would like the most. Free time is a premium. Maybe start train a friend or someone who could take on one of the group -- nm
