Under your scenario, there'd be one group of people paying for (and hosting) the sessions, and a second group attending the same sessions in the same

place and not paying for them. That's bound to lead to some resentment by the payers to the non-payers. It's a classic free-rider situation.

In addition, the person who would decide whether someone should pay or not pay is ceregon. That would put him in a really bad position.
