You might be right. I haven't dealt with a lot of the parent-teacher-kid dynamic since I was in school. I'm just saying...

Hopefully the parents will see it like: the host parents aren't paying for the sessions themselves, they're paying to have the sessions *at their house*.
But yeah, maybe they won't. Still, I think it's worth a shot as it would be an opportunity to help the most kids possible. As well as being beneficial to Ceregon in the process. It's win/win, unless the parents get snotty about it.
If you've been in situations like this before, I defer to your assessment. Though since Ceregon is the one who actually knows these people, I think he'd be able to judge the potential here.
