mememe mix: not planned, not really a choice, grateful/proud I can swing it, not looking forward to work that needs to be done, it's a good investment for me (no, really).. but kind of a bummer it's so blah vs. the excitement others feel, since I didn't have the normal process and it's not what I expected for myself + some of the above? something like that.

I'm going to buy a toaster to celebrate. er, I bought a handmixer earlier today, but that was a replacement so not celebratory. heh.
