actually, does anyone have a not-too-huge toaster oven that they like?

my last two black-and-decker-type versions have not done so well on actual toast. I like it for melty cheese purposes; but I miss good and toasty toast.

I don't have that much room for an extra countertop appliance, so a replacement oven vs. adding a toaster would be good.

amazon oven reviews, except for quite spendy or large ones, are super-mixed.
