So, if I do a slow squat, my right knee makes a sound like a steak being ripped in half.


A rather soft sound, but still.

Zero pain, even when running or whatever. No loss of mobility. Just a very disturbing noise.

Best answer I've googled is that my kneecap is rubbing against the joint, and I just need to strengthen my quadricep to help pull the kneecap away from the bone and stop the friction on the cartilage.

Every experienced or heard of something like this?
