Things I learned in New York: I have insomnia. I also have a very acute internal clock.

Not once did I go to sleep before 2 am. And regardless of what time I set my alarm clock, I always work early, often just a couple of minutes beforehand, but never later than 7am. Even on the last day when I set the alarm to 9am. My kids have broken me. 5 hours of sleep is not normal!
