If I had thought of it first I would have done it.
I never considered him as anything other than a fun beach read, just like Kellerman, Patterson, Chriton, King, and Preston and Childs (both alone and together). All of them write totally ludricrous books (except Patterson who hires grad students to write his) that bend and stretch reality far beyond what is even remotely believeable. I don't get why Brown gets all the hatey when I could easily come up with a score of authors just as guilty. :D
