my cousins in Pennsylvania would bring it from the local meat butcher - who was really picky about what got into his scrapple - it's the only scrapple

I've ever had so I'm likely spoiled - but it was delicious! had a bit of spice to it - and I'd eat it with a bit of horseradish ... so yummy!
