We all have friends we have to present slightly different versions of reality to.

Is the friend single? She might be one of these "let's go out and party, girl! Drop that zero!" So, just to keep the friend off her back, the wife lets her think that she'll be out clubbing with her before the month is out.

no she's happily married. But, she's my wife's best friend and the one she vents to. So, Im sure there are lots of negative view points as a result. -- nm - sycor Apr 10, 11:45
