truthfully, I don't either. But the red light fines, and other " items" that are sure to come - really get me upset.

a tax refund is not a grab bag for everyone to reach their hand into.
I wish someone would fight them legally on the automatic deductions that are not child support arrears. I'm telling yall, it's a slippery slope.
