He's at best second on Damages, and I would argue he's 3rd or 4th. The latter would put him behind Tate Donovan, which he is in number of episodes.

He's third, behind Shwartzman and Galifinakis in Bored To Death.

CSI is the star of CSI. He's just the most recent "hey, you know this guy! Please keep watching" guy they've brought in to try and get a couple more yeas out of the show. I have no idea if it's working.
