If the poll was done then, Woody would have been the obvious answer.

He was just coming off White Men Can't Jump and Indecent Proposal, and might have had Natural Born Killers already lined up.
You say you've seen 3 of his post Cheers movies. I think I've seen at least 10 movies he's done since Cheers ended, some of them I barely remember let alone his role, and I haven't seen NBK or Hunger Games(yet).
