Every horse barn I've ever been in has a sign for the state Equine Activity Act saying you accept

that it is inherently a dangerous activity. That doesn't absolve the barn completely, but puts the burden on the rider.

So should it be in football, I think.

Though the NFL should be looking at rules and equipment mods that help prevent concussive injuries just like any good barn will have rules to protect riders.
