In response to "A one-point increase in Walk Score is associated with between a $700 and $3,000 increase in home values -- (link)" by ty97

I'm shocked the percent is that high for wanting to walk to get groceries.

I guess if you live next door you'd go more often, but we go once a week and leave with 5 or 6 bags. (We could easily walk there, it's less than a mile, right by the lake we walk around often.)
