This is the problem. I'm not sure what I like to do anymore. I've been part of a couple for so long... I dunno. And being a depressive person

I'm a little afraid I'll just sit in my apartment and not do anything. But being aware of this will help, I think.

Definitely go for a walk, or have some other form of light exercise each day. You'll be surprised how much this affects your mental health.
