it sounds cliched but, seriously, sign up for something. anything. a class, yoga, talks at the museum, anything.

you may not love everything you do, but, it will get you thinking of what you DO like to do. start going to movie matinees on sundays, go out for a coffee and the newspaper on saturday mornings, take a fitness class one night a week. until you figure out what you want/can do, FORCE yourself to do something. it's like training wheels.
